COVID-19 Update from Perspective Eyecare
In accordance with state and federal recommendations, we are making changes to patient accommodations to best protect our patients and staff from the threat of COVID-19. We ask that you follow these updated guidelines when visiting our office for your exam or other purpose:
First and foremost, if you are experiencing any possible symptoms of COVID, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache or muscle aches, new loss of taste or smell, or other common symptoms, we ask that you stay home and contact our office to reschedule your appointment.
If you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who may have been exposed, or you’ve traveled outside of the United States in the past 14 days, we also ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment, you may choose to remain in your car and call our office at 734-699-1010 to let us know you’ve arrived. We will call you inside when we are ready for you. Patients must also wear a face covering, such as a cloth mask, before entering our office for your appointment. We also ask that you please visit our office alone, or limit the number of people you are with to one person if necessary.
Finally, we encourage you to download paperwork from our website perspectiveeyecare.com and complete it prior to coming in. We can also provide electronic check-in when you arrive if necessary.
This is a unique time for all of us and we are thankful to be able to open and see patients again.
